Fracture dislocation of the tarsometatarsal joint known as Lisfranc injury is a rare foot injury with potential for causing chronic foot disability if not recognized in time and treated appropriately. Bilateral Lisfranc injury is very rare and till now only two cas es have been report ed. We report a case of bilateral Lisfranc injury in a man involved in road traffic accident. Relevant anatomy, associated injuries , examination, diagnostic imaging and treatment modality have been discussed with review of existing literature.
